[Verse 1] Two lights in the back room. Kettle by the sink. Switch box on the wall. I press the top. Both lights go out. I let go. It goes back to on. [Verse 2] I press it again. Down under my finger. On when I let go. Again. Both lights out. Both lights on. I try again. And again. I call my father and leave the room. [Instrumental] When I come through again, both lights are off. [Verse 3] Later in the day. I press the top. Both lights out. I let go. Back on. I try a few more times. I call again. [Instrumental] When I pass the doorway, both are off.
