[Verse 1] 挨拶まわりをしてた時に 道場にも訪れて 弓の稽古を ずっと見ていたの 周りの声も 聞こえないくらい ただ―― 見つめていた [Verse 2] 『君は弓に興味があるの？』 突然声をかけられて 『わああ！……う、うん』 変な返事をしてしまう 『また来るといいよ』 そう言ってくれて 数日後には また来ていた [Pre-Chorus] いざ入るとなると 少し怖くて 隠れるように 様子を見ていた [Chorus] でも気付かれて 優しく呼ばれて 『もっと近くで 見てみたらどうだい？』 その声に 少しだけ 安心していた [Verse 3] 弓が好きだと話した時 思い出してしまったの お父さんや 大切な人のこと 少しだけ 胸が沈んで うまく笑えなかった [Verse 4] 『やってみるかい？』 差し出された弓 お手本の姿に 見惚れてしまう 静かに放たれた矢は まっすぐに届いて ただ 綺麗だと思った [Pre-Chorus 2] そして次は 私の番 手にした瞬間 気付いてしまう [Chorus 2] この力があれば 何かを変えられる気がして でも同時に 消えない想いが 胸の奥に触れた [Verse 5] 揺れてしまって 矢は端にそれた 思っていたより うまくできなくて それよりも 自分の中の 見たくないものに 気付いてしまった [Bridge] 『少し気になることがある』 そう言われて 『君の弓には 迷いがあるね』 どうして分かるの？ そう聞いたら 『勘かな』って 笑っていた [Final Chorus] 全部うまく言えないまま それでも話した するとひとつ 問いかけられた 『今もその想いはあるのか』 答えは―― すぐには出なくて [Outro] ただ 分からなくなっていた 『それでもいい』と 静かに言われた 『ここで続けてみれば 見えるものもある』 その言葉に 少しだけ―― 救われた気がした English Translation↓ [Verse 1] While going around town to greet everyone, we also visited a dojo. There, I kept watching their archery practice. So focused I couldn’t hear the voices around me. I only— kept staring. [Verse 2] “Are you interested in archery?” Someone suddenly spoke to me. “Wah—!... y-yes…” I answered in a strange voice. “You should come again sometime.” That’s what he said, and only a few days later, I came back. [Pre-Chorus] But when it was time to enter, I got a little scared. So I hid myself away and watched from afar. [Chorus] But he noticed me, and gently called out— “Why not come closer and watch from here?” In that voice, for just a moment, I felt at ease. [Verse 3] When I told him I liked bows, I suddenly remembered— my father, and those dear to me. My chest grew heavy, and I couldn’t smile the way I wanted to. [Verse 4] “Would you like to try?” He held out a bow. I found myself captivated by the way he moved. The arrow he released so calmly flew straight to the mark. And all I could think was— how beautiful it was. [Pre-Chorus 2] And then, it was my turn. The moment I held it, I realized something. [Chorus 2] With this kind of power, it felt like I could change something. But at the same time, feelings that never faded touched the deepest part of my heart. [Verse 5] My hands began to shake, and the arrow veered aside. I couldn’t do nearly as well as I hoped. But more than that, I had seen something inside myself I never wanted to face. [Bridge] “There’s something I’m curious about,” he said. “There’s hesitation in the way you shoot.” “How could you know?” I asked. “Just a feeling,” he said with a smile. [Final Chorus] I couldn’t explain it well, but I told him anyway. And then he asked me one question— “Do you still hold that feeling now?” The answer— didn’t come right away. [Outro] I only knew I wasn’t sure anymore. “That’s alright,” he said softly. “If you keep practicing here, you may begin to see.” And somehow, with those words— I felt a little saved.
