Cloud 9

[slide electric Les Paul, Keyboard Full band] [Verse 1] I'm floatin' in the sky With my head on cloud nine If you wonderin' why Well It's the powder got me numb, The smoke in my lungs Got me losin' my touch And I'm buzzin' like a mutha fucka [Pre-Chorus] It's like a dreamless haze [Chorus] I'm dreamin' (Dreamin') That I'm flyin' (Flyin') And floatin' on a cloud Oh You got me (You got me) Way up high now (High now) And floatin' on a cloud And I'm buzzin' like a mutha fucka [Verse 2] The buzz in my brain Keeps callin' my name My feet lift off the ground Spinnin' me 'round That rush in my veins It lifts me again To the heavens To the promised land And I'm buzzin' like a mutha fucka [Pre-Chorus] I'm doin' the best I can [Chorus] I'm dreamin' (Dreamin') That I'm flyin' (Flyin') And floatin' on a cloud Oh You got me (You got me) Way up high now (High now) And floatin' on a cloud And I'm buzzin' like a mutha fucka [Outro] I'm floatin' in the sky With my head on cloud nine, And I'm buzzin' like a mutha fucka And I'm buzzin' like a mutha fucka
