Between Light-Noise

**Between Light and Noise** I walk these streets of silent gray, see trembling hands that fade away. Empty eyes, but full of years, no one hears their hidden tears. Old souls searching, tired and worn, through the cold of every dawn. Between the bottles lies their bread, between the glances — hope has fled. And somewhere softly plays a song, no one remembers for too long… Why does it have to be this way? Why don’t we hear what they say? Between the light and all the noise, we’re losing who we are inside. I see children in the night, holding dreams too weak to fight, and the world keeps spinning loud… but no one really sees them now. Golden rooms and walls of glass, decisions made that never last. They speak of safety, power, control, while quiet lives begin to fall. A piece of bread, a gentle gaze, would be enough to change a day. But we build walls from fear and time, instead of bridges, heart to heart. And somewhere softly breaks a heart, that only ever asked for peace… not war. Why does it have to be this way? Why don’t we hear what they say? Between the light and all the noise, we’re losing who we are inside. I see children in the dark, carrying weight that leaves a mark, and the world feels so misaligned… when no one feels what’s real inside. Maybe it starts so quietly, a single spark in you and me. No heavy words, no need to shout, just one small shift that turns around. And if we learn again to see, something new might come to be… between the light… and you and me.
