[Verse] The dawn breaks with a holy light A year of grace a year so bright Heavens open blessings pour The year of favor we adore [Chorus] Rejoice rejoice the Lord is near His mercy flows it calms our fear In every heart His love will stay The year of favor leads our way [Verse 2] Mountains bow and valleys rise His truth shines under endless skies Chains are broken hearts set free His favor flows like a mighty sea [Chorus] Rejoice rejoice the Lord is near His mercy flows it calms our fear In every heart His love will stay The year of favor leads our way [Bridge] The trumpet sounds a joyful song His kingdom stands forever strong We walk in faith we walk in grace In His light we find our place [Chorus] Rejoice rejoice the Lord is near His mercy flows it calms our fear In every heart His love will stay The year of favor leads our way
