Wait For The Pull

Wait for the pull Tied to a sinking stone Watch it move Watch it move Bright scales Cold beneath the data wire I found a hollow place Waiting for the weather to turn gray Everything is shaking Everything is sliding Everything is gone Wait for the pull Tied to a sinking stone Watch it move Watch it move Moving through the water Moving through the water Slowly now Slowly now Staring at the glass A million pixels start to blur Chemical dreams Nothing here is ever what it seems Everything is shaking Everything is sliding Everything is gone Wait for the pull Tied to a sinking stone Watch it move Watch it move Moving through the water Moving through the water Slowly now Slowly now Broken bread Broken lungs Broken thoughts Can you hear the cries Rising from the wires Wait for the pull Tied to a sinking stone Watch it move Watch it move
