The streets are burning under suits and lies, Paper kings waving flags in poisoned skies. We talk in slogans, scream in empty rooms, Hope feels fragile, like it’s made to break too soon. I’m tired of choosing sides that never heal, Tired of rage replacing what we feel. If love is glass, it’s shattered every night, I need a place where hearts still float in light. So fly me away, beyond this broken ground, Past the noise, past the hate, past the sound. Take me to the moon where the silence sings, Before this world breaks everything. We built our anger like a loaded gun, Pulled the trigger just to feel someone. We break the rules, we break the trust, We even break the good in us to dust. I don’t wanna smash what’s left of my soul, I don’t wanna lose control to lose control. If peace is weak, then let me be weak too, I’d rather float than fight like we all do. So fly me away, out of the fire and smoke, Where the stars don’t lie and the world ain’t broke. Let me breathe where gravity lets go, Before we break the love we’ll never know. No flags on the moon, no walls in the sky, No left, no right, no reason to die Just a heartbeat drifting in the dark, Trying to remember who we are. Fly me away, yeah, I’m done with the pain, Done breaking stuff just to feel okay. If Earth is falling, let me leave soon, I’ll keep my hope… and take it to the moon. To the moon.
