The city shines so bright, And the snowflakes fall softly at night. We will leave all our fears And the things we couldn’t set right. There’s a new day ahead, Hope is knocking gently again. May our dreams all come true, May our hearts learn to speak once again. This New Year’s night — Let it bring us pure delight! Let our dreams rise even higher, Making every heart grow brighter! This New Year’s night — Takes the sadness out of sight, Let love stay beside us truly And awaken every heartbeat fully! And if sadness appears, Creeping in without warning at all — We turn on brighter cheers, Fill the house with joy, let life enthrall! Now the New Year draws near, Painting everything warm with its glow! Let our happiness soar, Bringing magic into every home!
