It’s A Beautiful Day

God I thank you for sunshine after the rain God I thank you for lessons that came with the pain Every scar taught peace every loss gave gain And somehow it all still feels the same It’s a beautiful day yeah yeah We rise we move we pray For the joy for the pain for the life we live It’s a beautiful day Clouds fade slow but the heart still shines Storms pass quick when the soul aligns Every breath every step every word I say Reminds me God it’s a beautiful day God I thank you for it all still standing tall It’s a beautiful day yeah yeah For the light for the love for the way Through joy through pain through every grey It’s a beautiful day
