[Verse] He rose beyond the azure skies A promise glowing in His eyes He left us here with work to share His Spirit's breath in every prayer [Chorus] He will return in glory bright Like dawn that shatters darkest night We do not know the hour or day But trust His light to guide our way [Verse 2] The clouds received Him Heaven-bound Yet here His love and grace resound The task is ours to spread His name Through every trial Through joy and flame [Bridge] The Spirit moves, God's holy fire To lift us up and raise us higher Though time may stretch and seasons turn Our eyes still watch and hearts still yearn [Chorus] He will return in glory bright Like dawn that shatters darkest night We do not know the hour or day But trust His light to guide our way [Verse 3] So till the fields, Prepare the feast Bring hope to west, To south, To east Until the trumpet sounds above We’ll labor on in endless love
