Bloodflower

Bloodflower (Written by Johannes Schneeberg / J. S. Frankenstein) Frau Rosenstahl, she came at dusk Black lace gloves and a jar of rust Bloodflower pinned at her throat Smiled at me like she wrote the note Under the stairs, her roses bled Petals on the kitchen spread She said, "Baby, lock the door" Then I heard footsteps on the floor One, two, three, don't breathe She's right there by the reeds One, two, three, don't sleep The garden wants your name to keep Bloodflower, bloom for me Bloodflower, set me free Frau Rosenstahl, don't let go Bloodflower, bloodflower Bloodflower, bloom so red (bloom so red) Bloodflower, in my head (in my head) Frau Rosenstahl, sing slow Bloodflower, bloodflower [Psychedelic guitar solo] At the glass, her shadow split Half was smoke, half was a pit She fed the roots with candle wax Heard my heart in the walls crack Then she laughed, a needle seam Stitched my hands into a dream I found my face in the tray White as bone and going grey One, two, three, don't breathe She's right there by the reeds One, two, three, don't sleep The garden wants your name to keep Bloodflower, bloom for me Bloodflower, set me free Frau Rosenstahl, don't let go Bloodflower, bloodflower Bloodflower, bloom so red (bloom so red) Bloodflower, in my head (in my head) Frau Rosenstahl, sing slow Bloodflower, bloodflower [Psychedelic guitar solo] I ran, but the gate was tied To her braid and to my pride In the dirt, my shadow knelt While her voice through the hedges felt "Stay here, stay here" I heard the roots reply "Stay here, stay here" Till the last rose learned to cry Bloodflower, bloom for me Bloodflower, bury me Frau Rosenstahl, don't let go Bloodflower, bloodflower Bloodflower, bloom so red (bloom so red) Bloodflower, in my head (in my head) Frau Rosenstahl, sing slow Bloodflower, bloodflower [Psychedelic guitar solo] ⚜️⚜️⚜️ © 2026 Johannes Schneeberg
