I wake up again in a world that lies, Cracked mirror, trembling reflection. They told me "be yourself," but they themselves are absent. So am I crazy... or just a thinking being? I have voices in my head, one screams "revolt," the other whispers "die," A parade of dark thoughts, like a parade of mistakes. They're selling me happiness on sale, likes as if they were values, While the Earth burns, and we toast to our pain. "Come on, smile, you've got Netflix, it's the dream life," While kids are choking in well-hidden mines. Did you see the ad? You're ugly? Buy yourself a new face, But the emptiness inside, no mask can replace it. The walls speak to me, I hear them at night, They tell me the world is mad, and I am mad too. Lost in the crowd, in the echo of cries, My heart is on strike and my soul is in survival mode. I know someone, whose name is Me. Who lives in a gilded cage, who calls it "faith." Who prays to their phone, scrolls like they breathe, Who likes lies, who swipes to escape. "You're just a pawn, bro, a pixel in the stream, You're chasing dreams we coded for you, in the stream." Happiness? An app, the truth? A fear, You want to wake up? You gotta break theirs first. And if I fall silent tomorrow, it's because there was too much noise, Sirens in my head, laws without law, without fruit. The system is sick, but it's me they call, Unstable, unfit to live on this planet! The walls speak to me, I hear them at night, They scream at me that peace here is just a gamble. I cried out for justice, they gave me likes, But I wanted love, not just a spike. And if I say I seem crazy... It's because the world is even more blurred. They want us to close our eyes, But I prefer to keep them blue, even when it stings a little.
