Someone Needs to issue a summons. A call to reality To come from the court of the people. Someone Need to make a citizen’s arrest This ain’t the way to be the best This isn’t great by any stretch And it’s Embarrassing. Frightening. We’re piloting a storm Blindly Someone needs to issue a Stop order A cease and desist order This cannot persist or Who we are will not exist At all. Time is running out. We people need to shout. We need a storm To kill this drought Without A question Someone needs to write a petition To the masses All the race and classes Freedom loving people Who reject The current status It’s evolving And some one needs to stop it Someone needs to issue a Summons. The time has come for judgement. The day is quickly closing And we need to chase the sunset For an answer A stop to this confusion A path to resolution It may be revolution but Someone needs to issue a summons… Someone needs to issue a summons… Don’t you know that judgement day is coming.
