Not To Shy

(Intro) I don’t know your name But I want to Heard you say nobody Ever tried to I almost said hello But I froze again You looked up for a second Then looked away Now I’m standing here Thinking way too much About what I should say (Verse 1) Everybody’s louder Than the music in the room Laughing like they own the night Like they’ve got nothing to lose But you’re sitting near the edge Like you’re ready just to leave And I’m standing in the middle Pretending I don’t see But every time our eyes meet Across the crowded floor I start thinking maybe You’ve felt this way before Maybe we’re just Two quiet worlds moving slow But when I look in your eyes I see a spark and I know Maybe this is The moment we don’t let go (Chorus) Not to shy Not to shy tonight Say your name Look in my eyes Tonight I’m Not to shy Not to shy Not to shy If you're scared So am I Two quiet hearts Same fight Take my hand Give it a try Cause tonight We’re not to shy (Verse 2) People always talking Like they know us somehow Just because we’re quiet Standing on the outside But I see the way you look At every open door Like you’re waiting for a moment You’ve been hoping for Maybe you’ve been wishing Someone else would understand What it’s like To reach a hand out Maybe we’re just Two quiet worlds moving slow But when I look in your eyes I see a spark and I know Maybe this is The moment we don’t let go (Chorus) Not to shy Not to shy tonight Say your name Look in my eyes Tonight I’m Not to shy Not to shy Not to shy If you're scared So am I Two quiet hearts Same fight Take my hand Give it a try Cause tonight We’re not to shy (Bridge) If this moment disappears Before we say a word I’ll be thinking about it Every crowded room I’m in So if you’re feeling Something like I do Maybe all we need Is one brave move (Break) Hey… Don’t be shy (Final Chorus) Not to shy Not to shy tonight Say your name Look in my eyes Tonight I’m Not to shy Not to shy Not to shy If you're scared So am I Two quiet hearts Same fight Take my hand Give it a try Cause tonight We’re not to shy Not to shy Not to shy tonight
