🕊️ Breathe in the wind, like water so clear, Let presence guide, let the stillness appear. The mind is cloth, stained deep within, But water flows where the wash begins. With mindfulness the soap we pour, Each breath a wave to cleanse the core. Like burlap soaked with sorrow’s weight, We carry pain until it's late. But sunlight dries and winds release, And burdened flesh begins to cease. One kilo heavy now feels so light— Half the pain fades into night. When eyes grow cool, and ears fall still, And breath no longer burns the will, The cold within will softly climb, To reach the mountain of the mind. Hair and skin, bone and breath, From crown to heel, are cleansed of death. The lungs expand, the heart beats slow, The blood runs clear, the pain lets go. Organs rest in silent grace, Like stars aligned in sacred space. From flesh to marrow, food to flame, Each part reborn without a name. The wind within, once harsh and loud, Now hums in stillness, calm and proud. When body, breath, and thought align, The soul is washed, the self refined. This is the path, serene and deep— Where purest hearts find light in sleep.
