Slowly, in the city of Farsekalt, all light, including the celestial bodies of the transversal Cosmos above it, began to decay, until it was completely extinguished. Everything in the dark areas of the city simply disappeared, dissolving, leaving no trace. The inhabitants, noticing the situation, desperately tried to stay close to the lights and prevent them from going out, but eventually, all the lights in the area ceased to exist. All the inhabitants of Farsekalt and six smaller cities dissolved into darkness, shortly before the lights throughout the entire area were rekindled, leaving the cities intact, but empty and silent. And the eighth dark day also came to its end, dying like the others. The Ninth Mauxcarian Plague was the Nebudholissium. The city of Wantecrania, one of the richest and most important cities in the southern part of the kingdom, saw the appearance of long, bony towers forming nearby. These quickly released a dark, gloomy fog, which naturally descended upon the city and began to cause various effects on its inhabitants. The first was a hallucinogenic distortion, which affected their five senses, causing violent, collective hallucinations: the inhabitants literally ended up in another parallel world, where everything was twisted and distorted, again and again, to the point of driving them to kill, rape, and slaughter each other, even committing the most macabre and brutal acts. The second effect was the distortion of surrounding reality spaces, which led to the birth of madriantic entities, called "Ademiris" (Living Hallucinations). This time the paladins did not give up and tried to counter this violent attack, attempting to attack the mysterious bone towers that had formed near the city. But the Wantecranian armies were not only halted by the Ademiris, now scattered across the land, but also by a flock of mysterious, rapacious creatures that, perched atop the towers, swooped down, killing and dismembering every member of the army. Wantecrania and eight smaller cities were destroyed by the deceptive hallucinations, concluding the ninth deluded day. The tenth and final Mauxcarian Plague struck the city of Kraidelgur (the kingdom's capital), which was the main coordination center for all the paladin armies. In recent days, word had reached the consuls of mysterious attacks on the southern part of the kingdom, and with that, the Consul of the Legion was preparing armed units to deploy along the borders of the areas attacked by this mysterious threat. But on the tenth day after the first attack, in front of the city, they emerged from the swamps: "Knights in bone armor, armed with long swords, forged from the spinal columns of who knows what abominations, and ranged weapons of an incomprehensible, accursed nature. They possessed long snouts, some resembling beaks, and sharp claws; from the holes in their armor, black feathers or scales could be seen emerging, emanating who knows what Mahirnintic darkness. The paladin armies could only counteract nothingness with their mastery in combat, for these cunning and slimy creatures, in addition to being equal in mastery, could coordinate as a team like no other beast of the Mahirn. They never allowed a single member of their troops to die, and those who died were immediately replaced by their neighbors. Even the weakest members of their armies managed to destroy the most powerful paladins, adopting sophisticated team strategies, aided by their "bone technology," animated by their Sarcarat Neuralion, and their elusive sorceries. They were more ferocious and powerful, but above all more cunning than the paladins: they called themselves "Mauxarghenium", the heart of Mevctonisargas's troops, the final plague of existence. The city was razed to the ground, every civilian was dismembered and slaughtered by the Mauxarghenic knights, and the other nine plagues concentrated in the city, swallowing it up in the Abyss, along with the rest of the Planet-Kingdom. And so, with the end of the tenth day, all of Valharca ended, as a warning to the Bound Divine Source, that no one can escape the Mahirn's, and above all, no one refuses the gifts of the High Maux. From there, a Mahirnintic Rift, extending from the center of Kraidelgur, absorbed the entire "planet." This Rift is what remained, still observable from that sad epilogue, known as the Valharca Rift (also called Mahirvalharca). It can still be seen today, in the vicinity of the Other-planet Wufurc, having once been one of its orbiting moons.
