Mrs. Lacie Butterfingers

rap, Bouncy kid-rap beat with bright synth brass, playful bass, and clap-heavy drums, Male vocals with animated, cartoon-style delivery; kids’ gang vocals join on the hook for call-and-response energy, Verses stay rhythmically tight and clear for easy sing-alongs, with record-scratch stops on each “drop” moment, Big, goofy energy from start to finish

[Intro]
(Yeah!)
She’s back again, y’all
Uh, watch your snacks

[Verse 1]
Mrs. Butterfingers walking down the hall
Trips on a shoelace, jelly on the wall
Books in the air, papers doing flips
Banana in her hair, crumbs on her lips

She’s got ketchup on her elbow
Milk on her shoe
Always saying “oops”
Then laughing with the crew
Lunch tray wobbles, everybody ducks
Fries hit the floor like little yellow trucks (boom!)

[Chorus]
Mrs. Butterfingers, dropping everything
Forks, spoons, phones, even onion rings
She goes “oops!” then she goes “aha!”
Shrugs it off and says, “That’s just who I are!” (haha)
Mrs. Butterfingers, slipping through the day
But she still gets an A for the way she plays
She falls, she pops right back like springs
Queen of clumsy, still doing her thing

[Verse 2]
She tried to bake cookies for the whole class
Flour on her face, sugar in the grass
Eggs on the counter, egg on the cat
Cat said “meow,” looking mad about that

Spilled the juice, but she made a river
Paper boats sailing, made the kids giggle
Dropped her paint set, colors everywhere
Turned the big mess to art on the stairs (whoa!)

She laughs at herself, doesn’t hide her hands
Says, “Every little oops is part of my plan”
‘Cause slipping, tripping, bumping your knee
Just means you’re trying to be wild and free

[Chorus]
Mrs. Butterfingers, dropping everything
Forks, spoons, phones, even onion rings
She goes “oops!” then she goes “aha!”
Shrugs it off and says, “That’s just who I are!” (yeah)
Mrs. Butterfingers, slipping through the day
But she still gets an A for the way she plays
She falls, she pops right back like springs
Queen of clumsy, still doing her thing

[Bridge]
Hands up high
(Hands up high!)
Let it all fall
(It’s alright!)
If you trip, if you slip, if you miss that catch
Just smile, bounce back, do your victory dance

[Chorus]
Mrs. Butterfingers, dropping everything
Forks, spoons, phones, even onion rings
She goes “oops!” then she goes “aha!”
Shrugs it off and says, “That’s just who I are!”
Mrs. Butterfingers, slipping through the day
But she still gets an A for the way she plays
She falls, she pops right back like springs
Queen of clumsy, still doing her thing (hey!)
Queen of clumsy, still doing her thing
