When the night feels longer than before And you wonder what you're singing for Remember there are hearts out there Still listening to the songs you share Every melody you send away May become somebody's brighter day You may never know how far it goes But every little light you give still glows So keep your light Even when the stars are hiding Keep your light There's another morning rising Every note you give Every word you sing Can become a little hope For someone listening Keep your light Keep believing in your song The road may feel uncertain But you never walk alone Across the distance, across the sky Music finds a way to travel miles Different places, different words Still somehow every heart can be heard You once sang beneath a falling star Never knowing who might hear from afar And somewhere underneath that same night Your melody became a little light If you ever lose your way I hope you remember this Somewhere there's a smiling heart Because your music exists So keep your light Even when the stars are hiding Keep your light There's another morning rising Every dream you share Every song you make Leaves a little warmth behind That time can never take No border No distance No language can stop a song When it comes straight from the heart Someone will feel it So keep singing The songs only you can sing Even after falling stars disappear Their light remains Keep your light You don't have to shine every day If your heart gets tired It's okay to rest along the way And when you're ready Sing another song Somewhere in this world Someone will be listening This song is simply My thank you to you For every melody For every kind word For every little moment Your music made someone smile Keep your light My friend And wherever your music goes I hope all the happiness You've given to others Finds its way Back to you
