[Intro — Spoken] What if this ain’t our first life? What if time’s a circle, not a line? History written by whoever held the pen… But through every question, I still put my trust in Christ. [Hook] Did we live before this time, through the ages, through the years? Same souls, different names, buried underneath the tears? Who wrote the history? Who decided what was fact? Ancient stones tell stories that the textbooks never unpack. I can question every mystery, every theory, every sign— When the world’s unclear, Lord, I put my trust in Christ. [Verse 1 — Fast Flow] Maybe time repeats itself, circles underneath the sun, Generations come and go, but the questions never done. Genesis speaks creation, John says Word was there before, Christ wasn’t just a chapter when He stepped through Mary’s door. Scripture says we’re dust, yet eternity’s within us, Romans says creation groans, waiting for redemption. So I study every verse, but I don’t claim I know it all, Faith means standing firm when answers disappear beyond the wall. [Verse 2 — Double-Time] Pharaoh wasn’t fiction, Egypt’s ruins testify, Temples, tombs and ancient names still reaching through the sky. But who preserved the records? Who translated every scroll? How much truth survived the wars that swallowed up the old? Anunnaki theories say our ancestors came from stars, But stories aren’t automatically evidence just because they’re bizarre. I can question every tablet, every theory, every claim, But I won’t call speculation truth just because it sounds strange. [Verse 3 — Fast Flow / Deep Metaphors] What if the past is a puzzle and we’re pieces in the frame, Every generation flips the page but forgets the former name? Kings turned to dust, empires vanished underneath, Yet the questions of existence still breathe beneath our feet. Who wrote the scrolls? Who controlled what survived? Who buried certain stories while the favored ones survived? But I won’t let speculation become truth inside my mind, I investigate the mystery, then leave the rest behind. If the world is a classroom, every century’s a lesson, And faith ain’t being blind—it’s trusting through the questions. I don’t need every answer before I kneel and pray, ‘Cause even when the map gets lost, Christ can still light the way. Maybe we’ve lived before, maybe this is all we get, But if Jesus is the truth, then eternity ain’t finished yet. So let the scholars debate what the ancient stones reveal— I’ll keep searching for the truth while trusting what I feel. [Outro — Fast / Spoken] Maybe we lived before… maybe this ain’t the first page. Maybe history’s a mirror reflecting every age. I don’t fear the questions, let the evidence shine— Truth can stand examination, it don’t fear the light. I may never know every secret hidden in time… But through every mystery— Jesus Christ, You got my trust.
