Climbing Higher

[Verse] You’re the ground beneath my feet so strong The reason I can keep moving along Each step you lay is a bridge to the sky You’re the whisper that helps me fly [Chorus] I climb higher with you by my side Through the storms where the wild winds collide Every rung is a gift that you give You teach me how to truly live [Verse 2] You’re the hands that push when I can’t go A quiet strength in the undertow The light you shine It clears my way You’re the dawn that breaks my gray [Chorus] I climb higher with you by my side Through the storms where the wild winds collide Every rung is a gift that you give You teach me how to truly live [Bridge] If I stumble I know you’ll stay A constant star that won’t drift away Your faith in me it builds my fire You’re the reason I climb higher [Chorus] I climb higher with you by my side Through the storms where the wild winds collide Every rung is a gift that you give You teach me how to truly live
