Erased (Absolute Amy Rose)

The air is heavy tonight I can barely breathe I’ve been out on a mission Planting a Purification Seed I wade through seas of oil Acid, corrosion, and bile To make it to a safe zone Where I put my feet up for a while No heroes, no gods No way to heal up One more day Until the Blight might be Erased [instrumental] I’m still miles from the spot Where we all chill for a time I check my compass for the way It barely tells me the line I adjust my gas mask upon my face It’s been uncomfortable lately If I don’t wear it, though, Eggman and the Blight could get me No heroes, no gods No way to heal up One more day Until the Blight might be Erased [instrumental] My hammer is broken in three places My boots needed replacing last year I just slap some new armour on Tails reinforces the gears It’s been sixteen weeks since we’ve seen him The blue that the world used to adore But now we all just can’t be arsed To see that coward bastard’s rear No heroes, no gods No way to heal up One more day Until the Blight might be Erased [instrumental] I dive into the fray while swinging Letting the tension build and release The robots and half-dead Blighted Meet their ends at my hammer’s feast I want to rest for longer Maybe find a way to eliminate the pain Tails says he is taking care of it But he’s so burned out he nods every day No heroes, no gods No way to heal up One more day Until the Blight might be Erased [instrumental] If only I could do more If only the blue bastard wouldn’t leave We can no longer count on him Absolutely never again, you see He abandoned us when the Blight hit Said he was running to slow it down But we all know it eats inside him Sonic’s just running until his light burns out No heroes, no gods No way to heal up One more day Until the Blight might be Erased [instrumental] I am Amy Rose And I will fight until I die I am Amy Rose I will see my world revived No one will stand in my way No one will die again I am Amy Rose And I will survive Until the world shines bright Again [instrumental]
