Banks Are Gone (FM) | Jackson Holler
03- "Banks Are Gone" written by Rackvin Solmni In the heart of Ohio, where the rivers meet, The skies turned dark, the rain would never cease. Steel and stone, they braced for the storm's might, But nature's wrath was fierce, in the dead of night. The floodgates burst, the city screamed, A river of chaos, a nightmare unleashed. Rivers rise, the banks are gone, Flooded streets, the end of dawn. But through the storm, we stood our ground, in the wake, a new world found. The Great Miami, unleashed its fury wide, Swallowing the town, with a thunderous tide. Factories drowned, homes swept away, Yet in the chaos, hope would find its way. The water rose, the city fell, But from its depths, we'd rise from hell. Rivers rise, the banks are gone, Flooded streets, the end of dawn. But through the storm, we stood our ground, In the wake, a new world found. Steel and sorrow, side by side, We mourned our losses, our tears we cried. But from the mud, from the despair, We rose anew, with resolve to dare. Rivers rise, the banks are gone, Flooded streets, the end of dawn. But through the storm, we stood our ground, In the wake, a new world found. The waters receded, left scars on the land, But Dayton rose up, with strength in its stand. Changed by the flood, but never to yield, Our story of survival, forever sealed.
