So he writes, yeah he bleeds every word that he speaks, Turning pain into rhythm, confession to beats, Hoping somebody out there might relate, Might hear his voice before it’s too late. Cause the silence is loud and it’s closing him in, And the war in his mind never lets him win, Every night feels heavier than the last, Like he’s chained to a weight from his past. He’s scared this might be the last song he writes, As the dark starts to swallow what’s left of his light, Feels like a monster he can’t outrun, Like he’s both the trigger and the loaded gun. But the nights grow longer, the thoughts grow loud, Every doubt standing tall in a crowd, They whisper he’s weak, they scream he’s alone, Turn his fragile mind into a warzone. He’s fighting himself just to finish this song, Wondering how he’s been holding on this long, If these words don’t reach past the walls of his mind… He don’t know what piece of him he might not find. So he pours out his soul in this final tone, Hoping it echoes beyond what he’s known, Just one sign he’s heard, just one place he belongs… Because If he can't feel okay, this might be the last song... Now the pen snaps, ink spills like blood on the page! Every calm thought buried deep in the rage! Voices don’t whisper, they scream in his skull! Clawing at pieces ‘til nothing is full! He’s tearing at mirrors, don’t know who he is! Every reflection a stranger he missed! Demons don’t knock! they’re kicking the door! Feasting on what used to be him at the core! Somebody Help!!!! [Final Verse] It drags him under where the light can’t reach, Every hope he had gets stripped from its speech, He’s screaming inside but it dies in his throat, While the little demons carve their name in his notes. He hears them call him from under his skin, Soft at first, now they’re screaming within He tried to fight the demons but they already won, So he wrote a eulogy and gave them one last song...
