His Bride ©️ 2020 Michael Ledner

[Intro] [Spoken word over soft piano and acoustic guitar] This song is from Revelation chapter 19. It's a song that we, His church, His bride, will be singing in the future when Jesus Christ returns. We sing this song today in anticipation of that great day. Today is the day that the bride is preparing herself…making herself ready as the scriptures say. This is not the time to shrink back, but it's the time to abide in Him like never before. It's a time to partner with Him in His love for all people. And in this way, we'll be that bride preparing ourselves for that glorious celebration and that glorious eternal rule with Him. Hallelujah. [Verse 1] [Piano chords, acoustic guitar] Hallelujah, Hallelujah For the Lord God Almighty reigns [Bass guitar enters] Hallelujah, Hallelujah For the Lord God Almighty reigns [Chorus] [Drums enter, string pads swell] Let us rejoice and be glad, give Him glory For the marriage of the Lamb has come And His bride has made herself ready [Instrumental break with oboe solo] And His bride has made herself ready Hallelujah [Chorus] [Full band, powerful choir delivery] Hallelujah, Hallelujah For the Lord God Almighty reigns Let us rejoice and be glad, give Him glory For the marriage of the Lamb has come And His bride has made herself ready [oboe solo continues] And His bride has made herself ready Hallelujah [Bridge] [Vocal harmonies enter] Hallelujah, we are Your bride [Cymbal crashes] Hallelujah, the Spirit and the bride say come Lord Jesus The Spirit and the bride say come Lord Jesus Come for Your bride [Outro] [Music begins to fade, sustained strings] And His bride has made herself ready [oboe solo] And His bride has made herself ready Hallelujah [Vocal ad-libs] Hallelujah Hallelujah [Final piano chord]
