The breath within—your silent guide, A stream of peace you hold inside. Our breath is not just nose to air, It flows through skin, it’s everywhere. A vapor fine, so soft, unseen, That cools the mind and keeps it clean. When breath returns and wraps around, It lifts us gently from the ground.
