Double Digits in Stratford

(Intro – Spoken)* No random decisions today. No “where do I go now?” moments. This one was planned. A proper Stratford return. Ten buses. One loop. --- *(Verse 1 – Early Start Energy)* 664 out of Southam side, Long Itchington morning ride, Offchurch bends then Cubbington flow, Lillington roads where the commuters go. North Leam reached ahead of time— Wait… Stagecoach running fine?? 😭 Last Stratford run was March nineteen, Been too long since I’d seen that scene. --- *(Verse 2 – Fuel for the Mission)* 15 down to Parish Church, Temple Herdewyke on the front display first, Quick short hop then mission prep— Energy drinks for every step. Monster cans and Relentless too, This loop running on caffeine fuel. No turning back, no slowing pace— Stratford locked as the target place. --- *(Chorus)* 🎵 Stratford loop, back once more, Warwickshire roads I’ve seen before, From Southam fields to Avon air— Ten bus rides got me there. No chaos today, just clean control, Every connection playing its role, One full day on Midlands ground— Double digits going round. 🎵 --- *(Verse 3 – Return to Stratford)* X18 through Warwick side, Been a while since this whole ride, Rolling south with the bypass gone— Different feel to journey on. Then Stratford appears again, Familiar streets by the river bend. 19 to the Maybird line, Ahead of schedule—rare timing shine. --- *(Verse 4 – Schedule Reset)* 5 through Clopton station way, Funny how timings still balance the day, If I got the later 19 instead— Would’ve ended up here anyway in the end. Loop logic making no sense at all, But somehow the connections fall. --- *(Verse 5 – Bridgetown Spin)* Then the 4 through Bridgetown roads, Double decker carrying loads, Thought I knew which bus it’d be— Then lost the vehicle completely 😭 Back to Stratford once again, Town centre circles never end. --- *(Bridge – The Long Rural Ride)* 77 northbound, long route play, Fields and villages all the way, Loxley bends and Wellesbourne lane, Compton Verney in the rain-less plain. Kineton roads then Gaydon glide, Lighthorne Heath on countryside, Whitnash near and Leamington back— Proper rural Stagecoach track. --- *(Verse 6 – Coventry Expansion)* Greggs meal secured in Leamington town, Quick reset before heading down. X18 again, opposite side, Completed both legs in one full ride. A46 bypass flying through, Cheylesmore roads and Coventry view, Gosford Green then Pool Meadow near— Loop still smooth, all systems clear. --- *(Chorus)* 🎵 Stratford loop, ten rides deep, Didn’t miss a beat all week, From shopping parks to country lanes— Every route joins the chains. No massive failures, no collapse, Just smooth movement across the maps, One clean mission Midlands-bound— Ten buses rolling round. 🎵 --- *(Verse 7 – The Rugby Decision)* 85 or 86? didn’t mind, Whichever came first was fine, Upper Stoke then Wyken pass, Coventry Hospital moving fast. Bulkington roads and Monks Kirby line, Newbold-on-Avon evening time. Rugby reached with daylight still— One last route to close the thrill. --- *(Verse 8 – Completing the Circle)* 63 through Dunchurch bends, Stockton roads where the daylight ends, Southam getting closer now— Loop completion somehow. Not the biggest I’ve ever done, But ten buses? still a strong run. --- *(Final Chorus)* 🎵 Stratford loop, complete once more, Back where the Avon waters pour, Ten bus rides from dawn to night— Everything connected right. Not pure chaos, not too tame, Still another legendary game, From Southam roads to Stratford town— Double digits locked down. 🎵 --- *(Outro – Spoken)* Ten buses. One county line after another. And Stratford finally happened.
