running No. 5 - Christ died for (B) (Tenor Session)

[Track -1] [unintelligible] Back to back on this short journey We build our lives up like frail towers Searching for a hope that won't betray us But our plans are dust and fleeting vapors It's a battle from the moment That I wake up to His sacred story I remember what I'm living for and Then I realize Friend This life is deadly serious Life is not a game shed life to claim The Author's keeping score He'll show you what this life is for and You're not already there Your Father's full of care There is a great reward He'll show you what this life is for Why am I so afraid of failing? When His grace is so much more availing? The old man is my enemy But the Spirit makes me new I don't need to be a millionaire I don't need a plot of private highland I don't need to have my name in lights When I'm written in the Book of Life Life is not a game shed life to claim The Author's keeping score He'll show you what this life is for and You're not already there Your Father's full of care There is a great reward He'll show you what this life is for Don't you know He wrote the rules? And we have broken them too So what's He done for you? Life is not a game and Christ has took the blame He settled up the score He'll show you what this life is for and You're not already there But held within His care He is the great reward consider what Christ died for
