[Intro – soft humming fluorescent light, quiet beat tapping] [whispering] You ever look around this place and wonder how the hell it’s still standing? …Yeah. Me too. [beat drops — trap-metal hybrid, distorted guitars growling under 808s] --- [Verse 1 – Chet & Tyler] Chet and Tyler, the dynamic shiddshow, throw Murray up top, call it “workflow.” Never label, never line it — “bro, it’s fine,” till Doug drag it down one skid at a time. Y’all kings of “good enough,” half-day hustle, hands in pockets like “muscle’s subtle.” I swear if laziness paid in gold, you two’d own stock in under-controlled. “Not my job,” your favorite prayer, meanwhile Doug break spine mid-air. You stack that mess like jenga lies, he unbuilds it while y’all socialize. --- [Hook – manic chanting rhythm] I said, this that ROAST SHIFT! (Yeah, I’m naming names!) This that ROAST SHIFT! (They all playin’ games!) This that ROAST SHIFT! (No breaks, just blame!) Y’all talk teamwork — I bring flames! This that ROAST SHIFT! (All truth, no filter!) I’m the brain — y’all the blisters! This that ROAST SHIFT! (Warehouse thriller!) Psychotic prophet turned fork-lift killer! --- [Verse 2 – Jerry] Now Jerry… slow-motion legend, myth of delay, pull a ticket like it’s Judgment Day. Two hours to count to ten, still “workin’ hard,” amen. Never seen him put a load away, but he’ll pull ten excuses a day. Got time to gripe, not time to move, “first shift pride” — what that prove? Doug unload both trucks alone, Jerry yawnin’ on his phone. “Been here years,” yeah, that’s true — been dodgin’ work since ’92. He got “seniority,” I got receipts, half his job done under my beats. --- [Hook – harsher, crowd chant backing] This that ROAST SHIFT! (Names in smoke!) This that ROAST SHIFT! (Truth ain’t joke!) This that ROAST SHIFT! (I broke that yoke!) We bleed efficiency — they choke! This that ROAST SHIFT! (Warehouse hymn!) Sane folks sink, insane swim! This that ROAST SHIFT! (Crack that rim!) Madness speak — let chaos hymn! --- [Verse 3 – Joe, the “Daycare Director”] Joe the supervisor, daycare dad, smilin’ while the kids act bad. “Let ‘em be,” his motto loud, while first shift forms a lazy crowd. Accountability? Never heard, structure softer than his word. Rules bend like shrink-wrap heat, he lead like sleepwalkers tweet. Half the floor unchecked, unled, Doug one deep, the rest half-dead. We drown in product, beg for space, Joe just nod — “I’ll talk to Grace.” Talk to God instead, might work faster, this leadership built disaster. --- [Verse 4 – The L.S.P. Legion] LSPs talk big from chairs, "second shift slackin', no repairs!" Bruh, we fix your fuggin’ mess nightly, while y’all play phone wars politely. You clock out mid-thought, we clock in pain, clean up dumb in the same domain. “Not our job!” you chant on loop — your loop the reason this place soup. Walk a mile in steel-toe grime, you’d melt by five past time. Lazy don’t fade — it multiply, and you breedin’ it supply by supply. --- [Verse 5 – Purchasing, Schedulers, and Company] Now to the top of this circus act, Purchasing, schedulers, straight off track. Order triple of what we need, call it “forecast” — I call it greed. Row by row, it’s overflow tomb, packed so tight we can’t exhume. Pallets stacked like mental strain, tight aisles choke the human brain. All this product, no damn sense, money burnt for false pretense. We beg for air, they ship more crates, call it “growth” — I call it fate. The company clap like crowd of fools, “good job team!” with broken tools. We ghosts that keep this haunted run, while corporate sip coffee in the sun. --- [Bridge – whispered breakdown, guitars distort] Y’all built a maze and called it work, fed us chaos and called it perk. Now you wonder why we berserk? 'Cause we the gears you left in the dirt. --- [Hook – full psychotic release, metal kicks in] This that ROAST SHIFT! (Yeah, I’m naming names!) This that ROAST SHIFT! (They all playin’ games!) This that ROAST SHIFT! (Warehouse flames!) Y’all talk progress — I talk pain! This that ROAST SHIFT! (Sick, slick sinner!) Mental plate spinner, cage-born winner! This that ROAST SHIFT! (No fake shimmer!) I roast gods, then serve ‘em dinner! --- [Outro – slow fade, Jersey laughing over static] [softly] If you feel targeted… that means you listenin’. [metal distortion fades into silence]
