ADHD [STTZ ADHS - Chaos im Kopf]

V5

(Intro) Static hum inside my skull, Can’t tell if I’m bored or full. Heartbeat syncs to random beats, Focus slips through digital streets. “Am I okay?” “Define okay.” “Did I eat?” “Not sure — today?” Mind’s a pinball, no control, I’m the machine and the lost ball roll. (Verse 1) I wake up mid-thought, before I wake up for real, Chasing some idea that I forgot to feel. Breakfast burns while I’m philosophizing toast, Then I write a note: “don’t get lost in ghosts.” Every second’s an intersection, Every road’s the wrong direction. But somehow I end up somewhere new, And convince myself — yeah, that’ll do. (Pre-Chorus) Wait—what was I doing again? Right, the thing. The thing I said. Oh look, a sound. A spark. A whole new world inside my head. (Chorus) Everything’s too loud inside my quiet head, Thoughts sprint naked through the traffic instead. One voice says “focus”, another says “why?”, Then I argue with myself until logic dies. It’s a circus of neurons, no ringleader found, Ideas collide, explode, rebound. Too many tabs, too few saves, I’m lost, but it’s beautiful in this maze. (Verse 2) I start a poem, end up deep in math, Search my soul, then forget the path. I’m halfway through a plan to fix my life, Then I’m learning how to sharpen a knife. Every impulse gets a spotlight, Every whisper feels like starlight. I call it chaos, call it art, Call it my own parallel start. (Bridge 1) I talk in loops, I think in knots, Forget the start, remember the plots. Ask myself what time it is, Then ask myself why time exists. I laugh at jokes that never land, Apologize to walls, to air, to sand. I overfeel and underplan, But still, I stand. (Chorus 2) Everything’s too bright in this dim-lit mind, A thousand roads and I take five at a time. One voice says “stop”, the other says “go”, So I just do both — too fast, too slow. It’s noise and silence, crash and calm, An overclocked storm with a soothing charm. Too many thoughts, too few brakes, But oh, what beautiful mess it makes. (Breakdown) Here’s a list I’ll never read, Dreams that run while I just bleed. Hope in one hand, stress in the other, Mind like thunder, heart like water. Every spark burns through a plan, Then I rebuild — because I can. Forget the point? Fine, make another. I’m my own noise, I don’t need cover. (Bridge 2 – Inner Dialogue) — “You’re too much.” — “Or maybe just too real.” — “You never finish anything.” — “But I feel everything I feel.” — “You should calm down.” — “I tried. It’s loud in here.” — “Then maybe it’s not noise.” — “Maybe it’s how I steer.” (Verse 3) Hyperfocus hits — the world goes mute, Suddenly I’m Mozart in a space suit. Ten hours gone in fifteen blinks, Forgot to eat, forgot to think. But oh, it’s pure, that fleeting trance, My brain and chaos start to dance. Then crash — the clarity decays, Back to static in brighter grays. (Extended Chorus) Everything’s a flood I can’t contain, Lightning in my bloodstream vein. I crash, restart, repeat, pretend, Call it chaos, call it friend. Too many dreams on the same whiteboard, Half erased, half adored. Too many tabs, but none in vain — Each one a spark in the same wild brain. (Outro) Maybe I’m not broken, just wired wide, Maybe focus is a tide. Maybe my storm’s a different kind, Not lost — just redefined. So I’ll hum through static, skip the norm, Ride the chaos like it’s warm. If I forget the point, remind me this — Every mess still hides a kind of bliss.
