The Inner Court: A Reprogramming Lecture pt.3

V5.5

[Music drops low. Voice becomes intimate.] Now I call my fear forward. Fear, speak plainly. What are you trying to protect? What do you think will happen if I let go? What old danger are you still watching for? I will not mock you. I will not hate you. But I will not obey you blindly anymore. You may have protected me once. But you are not allowed to drive the whole house. Now I call my anger forward. Anger, speak plainly. What boundary was crossed? What injustice did you witness? What grief are you guarding? I will not pretend you're useless. But you are not allowed to burn down what I am called to build. Now I call my shame forward. Shame, speak plainly. Who taught you to cover my face? Who told you I was beyond correction? Who convinced you that repentance means self-hatred? You lied. Repentance is not self-destruction. Correction is not condemnation. When I correct, I live. When I confess, I clean the wound. When I turn, I become free.
