[Verse 1] You loved me when I ran away You found me in my darkest day Not for the things I’ve done or said But by the blood that Jesus shed You showed me love that doesn’t leave A love that stays, a love that believes So teach my heart to see the same In every lost and broken name And love them like You love me Till Your love is all they see [Chorus] I wanna love like You love Give like You gave Serve like You served And forgive like You forgave Not just with words But with my life Let Your love shine Through the way I live my life I wanna love like You love Faithful and true See every heart The way You see them too More of Your heart Less of my own Till the world sees Jesus In the love I’ve shown [Verse 2] Love when it’s easy, love when it’s hard Love even when my heart bears scars Love the stranger, love the friend Love with a grace that has no end When pride says, “You have to be right” Your mercy says, “Choose love, not fight” When I am hurt and want to run Remind me what Your Son has done And love the way You loved me Till Your grace becomes my way [Chorus] I wanna love like You love Give like You gave Serve like You served And forgive like You forgave Not just with words But with my life Let Your love shine Through the way I live my life I wanna love like You love Faithful and true See every heart The way You see them too More of Your heart Less of my own Till the world sees Jesus In the love I’ve shown [Final Chorus] I wanna love like You love Give like You gave Serve like You served And forgive like You forgave Not just with words But with my life Let Your love shine Through the way I live my life I wanna love like You love Faithful and true See every heart The way You see them too More of Your heart Less of my own Till the world sees Jesus In the love I’ve shown [Outro] You loved me first You loved me true So let me love Like You love too You loved me first You loved me true Jesus, let my life Look like You
