[Intro – male, relaxed] People think Garden means flowers. That's where they're wrong. [Verse 1 – easy groove] I've got roses, I've got seeds, I've got everything a growing thing needs. Mulch by the pallet, fertilizer too, Sprinklers and hoses in every hue. But that's only where the Garden starts, Because we've got a whole lot more than plants. If it lives outside, I've probably seen it, And if it runs outside... Well, somebody's gonna bring it. [Chorus – full band] [Male lead] If it runs outside, it's probably Garden, If it grows outside, bring it my way. If it needs a hose, a blade, or a motor, I've probably got something for you today. If it runs outside, If it works outside, If it spends its whole life underneath the sky— [Backing vocals] Garden! [Male lead] That's where it goes. [Verse 2] Lawn mower sitting by the garden gate, Customer says, “Is this the one you rate?” I know the engines, I know the decks, I know which mower handles which kind of specs. Weed Wacker hanging right down the row, Need a trimmer? Yeah, I know where to go. Chainsaws, tillers, blowers too, Snow's on the ground? I've still got work to do. [Pre-Chorus] [Male, amused] Someone asks, “Do you sell power washers?” I say, “Of course.” They say, “Is that Tools?” I smile. “No. That's Garden.” [Chorus] If it runs outside, it's probably Garden, If it grows outside, bring it my way. If it needs a hose, a blade, or a motor, I've probably got something for you today. If it runs outside, If it works outside, If it spends its whole life underneath the sky— [Backing vocals] Garden! [Male lead] That's where it goes. [Verse 3] I've got hoses, fittings, sprinklers and reels, Things that spray water and things with wheels. Patio chairs, outdoor supplies, Plant food, potting soil, and barbecue ties. Someone needs a pump? I know the shelf. Someone needs a rake? Help yourself. Someone needs a shovel? Right over there. Someone needs a snow blower? Winter doesn't care. [Break – drums and bass] [Male, laughing] The calendar says summer, The snow blower says otherwise. [Verse 4] Then a customer walked in holding a brick, Looked at me and said, “I've got a problem that's tricky.” I said, “What's the problem?” He said, “I need some glue.” I said, “Okay... What are you gluing?” He held up the brick. [Pause] “Bricks.” I looked at the brick. I looked at him. Then I looked down the aisle. [Male, matter-of-fact] “You need Paint.” [Customer] “Paint?” [Male] “Yep.” [Customer] “But I'm gluing bricks.” [Male, completely certain] I know. Paint. [Music stops] [Spoken, confused customer] “...Why?” [Male, walking away] That's where they keep it. [Final musical hit] [Backing vocals] GARDEN! [Male, calling back] And don't forget the mortar! [Outro – funky groove] [Male, spoken] Flowers, mowers, hoses, snow removers At GLOW, we know where everything goes. Usually.
