Welcome to Cyber Metal Radio's Festival 2026! C-John 14 V6 is starting today's set with Battleborn Soldier! [harmonized guitar lead melody] [Verse 1] [clean male vocals] The day begins anew Sinister forces smile, the foe in you Was already ready before you even knew [growled vocals] (Raaah!) [Chorus] [driving drums, power chords] Every day the battle begins Make your day count I know the difficulties you face I know how it is But if you never fight, you'll never win (Ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai) [Verse 2] [bass-driven rhythm, staccato guitar] The choices you choose to make Is it really a soul, is it really you that's choosing? Or is it the flesh that you're supposed to be commandeering? Little by little the indulgences accrue Until there's nothing left of you A husk of former glory [growled vocals] (Raaah!) [Chorus] Every day the battle begins Make your day count I know the difficulties you face I know how it is But if you never fight, you'll never win (Ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ai) [Bridge] [guitar solo with rapid shredding and tapping] Let today be the day That you choose to be you Not driven by your flesh To conquer yourself, to regain your strength and honor Fight the good fight as each day begins anew! [Guitar Solo] [harmonized leads, fast scale runs] [Outro] [crowd cheering] Do you ever wonder why? Sometimes things in life happen Now we have time to wonder About things we never considered [clean guitar arpeggio] I just heard these puzzling words From this Navy SEAL named Jocko talking about how it's good when things don't go as planned Seems crazy to me until he went deeper into it Talking about how we didn't get what we want Now we got time to tackle the problem Now we got time to improve ourselves He didn't show much concern He saw it as an opportunity to grow and learn Thinking about it now after hearing that Those are wise words that he spat Drawing from his past life experience The good things from troubling situations They are just like delays for preparation Just as shadows cannot be without light There is always light at the end of the tunnel Wait long enough and fight The good will be there for you to put up You gain something good when you struggle Life may seem like blight but it can be bright When you adjust your sight [full band re-enters, heavy riffing] Whatever our situation be like We can't control everything in life We can control how we are when the hard times strike We can see the good that can be gotten If our mindset isn't rotten Iron must be dug up and struck Be beat up and be smelted in the fire Purify to make the quality higher Life is the blacksmith that never tires Hold on steadfast, you've gone far already Keep on going steady The good is waiting, be ready Fight the good fight Keep on going steady We're here rooting for you We're praying for you Keep on keeping on! [crowd cheering] Next up in our set is Illusions of Grandeur! [fast melodic guitar riff] [Verse 3] Oh dear soul, I impart upon you my knowledge There is always someone with more than you and less than you Be content where you are at the moment As we see the lives of others Let us not be conceited nor provocative That's insecurity in yourself We may be the eagle flying high in the sky Scoffing at the ants on the ground No matter how high you fly, you are destined for the ground Our past has shaped our present state Our future is in our hands Don't let the world distract you from winning It is now a skill to ignore distractions about minor trifles to take your time We miss the important moments, we miss living our lives As we see the lives of others Let us not be conceited nor provocative That's insecurity in yourself We may be the eagle flying high in the sky Scoffing at the ants on the ground No matter how high you fly, you are destined for the ground While it is today, we should exist in the moment and enjoy it Tomorrow is never promised and yesterday has been already Let us humble ourselves for who knows when our time will be We are all in the same boat, whether a worm or a man The ground welcomes us all in the end Our spirit returns to the creator who decides our eternal destiny [Chorus] We may be the eagle flying high in the sky Scoffing at the ants on the ground No matter how high you fly, you are destined for the ground [Outro] [crowd cheering] What's up everyone! Our next song is War of the Worlds! [heavy rhythmic guitar chugging] There will come a time when the lurking shadows Will be out in the open as the appointed time draws near Times of heartless unrest, savage strangers All like wild beasts While such a time is on the way May you find the way that leads you to everlasting The heavens above has blessed thee with infallible scriptures of old The ancient of days, ancient prophecy One by one the prophecies are met, truths unfold as years pass All because the Almighty is merciful towards us Times of heartless unrest, savage strangers All like wild beasts While such a time is on the way May you find the way that leads you to everlasting [guitar solo] Look around you and see the things that be Were already written for you to see So that there may be hope for you and me There is only one way to heaven The Lord Jesus said it himself No one comes to the Father except through me While such a time is on the way May you find the way that leads you to everlasting [final power chord, crowd cheering]
