My love is always there

A secret date with you Our footsteps falling soft and slow The sunset glows, a gentle shade of gold When I’m beside you My heart begins to shine But the words stay trapped inside My heart is glowing when you kiss me on the way home It feels like heaven when you’re running through my hair Though I can’t find the courage My love is always there Shadows swaying in the light Two silhouettes that blend as one Overflowing with a sweetness I can’t say A sigh drifts softly in the breeze Even the stars can feel it too This secret love belongs to you My heart is glowing when you kiss me on the way home It feels like heaven when you’re running through my hair Though I can’t find the courage My love is always there
