Stronger than the odds ( Blood Plea )

(Intro) (Soft piano playing a melancholic but hopeful melody. Sound of a heart monitor beeping slowly... then it transforms into a heavy, steady drum beat.) Yeah. They gave us numbers. Twelve months. They talking percentages. But they don't know who they dealing with. Spades and his Queen. Twin Flames. WATCH US BURN. (Verse 1) We walked in the room, heard the doctor speak the words Metastatic Triple Negative, the hardest thing I heard Stage 4 battle, yeah, the war is at the door But we been through the fire, baby, we been here before! Chemo in the veins, immuno in the blood We fighting through the storm and we rising through the flood It’s working in the lungs, yeah, I see the breath of life I’m standing by the radiation, standing by my wife! Today we see the radiologist, we staring down the beam But cancer can’t destroy the fabric of the dream! You my ride or die, my survival, my truth We beating down the reaper while I’m screaming in the booth! (Chorus) TWIN FLAMES! Burning brighter than the sun! Two souls, one body, yeah, the battle has begun! We both LEO RISING, so we royal to the core The KING and the QUEEN, hear the lion start to roar! Side by side, hand in hand, yeah, we standing tall I won’t let you stumble, and I won’t let you fall! From the ashes to the sky, watch the spirit fly! We ain't got an expiration, love will never die! (Verse 2) Check the stars, baby, yeah, it’s written in the sky I’m that Gemini Sun, with the twinkle in my eye Got that Capricorn Moon, I’m the rock, I’m the base I’m the mountain that you lean on when you in this crazy place! You my Scorpio Sun, with that Cancer Moon soul Deep waters, deep love, yeah, you make the broken whole! The water meets the earth, and the fire leads the way We defying every limit that the doctors try to say! We the power couple, Spades and the Lady in the light We turning 12 months into the rest of our life! (Bridge) (Beat changes. Darker, mystical, intense violins rising) Now watch the magic happen, watch the Scorpio protect The Seven Stages rising, give the woman her respect! You went from the Scorpion, crawling in the dust To the Eagle in the sky, in the spirit that we trust! But now you are the PHOENIX, rising from the smoke! You burning up the sickness, yeah, you breaking off the yoke! Burn it all away, baby! Rise up from the ash! We taking all the chips and we claiming all the cash! (Verse 3) (MUSIC STOPS. JUST HAND CLAPS AND A STOMP.) But hold up! We gotta take it higher than the stars! I’m calling on the One who heal the wounds and the scars! Science got limits, but my GOD got the power We leaning on JESUS in the midnight hour! JEHOVAH RAPHA! Step into the room! Clear out the cancer! Clear out the doom! They say it’s Stage 4? Well, I serve a God who’s greater! He’s the Alpha, the Omega, the Divine Creator! By His stripes, you are healed! That’s the promise in the Book! Devil tried to steal it, but look what he took— NOTHING! Cause the blood of the Lamb is on the door! We praising His name till we can’t praise no more! JESUS! Be the shield! JESUS! Be the cure! The prognosis is shaky, but the Word is PURE! (HALLELUJAH!) (Outro) (Music swells to a massive crescendo then drops to just the piano) Yeah. My Phoenix. My Queen. Covered in the Blood. They said a year. God said Eternity. We stand side by side. Till the wheels fall off. And then we fly. I LOVE YOU. AMEN.
