[Verse 1] Saturday night, lights come on … You take the mic and the room is gone Into a space where the new songs land And ski-bum dad is the voice at hand. You opened the door, when no plan was drawn. Said drop your link, we’ll play your song. No velvet rope, no wait your turn Just a mic, a playlist, and a fire that burned. [Chorus] So this one’s for you, Ski-Bum Dad From every voice Sonic Boom has had We caught the bug , and never got well We fell in love with music and still can’t tell Where the show ends and family begins…. Pulse and the Rising TIde we’re all hear… still by your side Thank you… for this amazing ride. [Verse 2] You made the lists and learned every name. You stayed for the long haul when the nights ran late… OG of the rising tide… first on the air creating the vibe.
