[Verse] Wake up to the meows outside my door Little paws tapping on the floor Hungry eyes staring They won’t wait It’s time to fill their breakfast plate [Chorus] Feeding cats They rule my life Chasing bowls through morning light Purring engines Oh so loud Tiny kings and queens So proud [Verse 2] They weave through legs like a sneaky dance A food-filled bowl is their only chance Tail flicks sharp A royal decree They own the house Not you or me [Chorus] Feeding cats They rule my life Chasing bowls through morning light Purring engines Oh so loud Tiny kings and queens So proud [Bridge] They nudge and nuzzle A furry plea As if to say “Hey Don’t forget me” Their world revolves around the dish I serve their meals They make the wish [Chorus] Feeding cats They rule my life Chasing bowls through morning light Purring engines Oh so loud Tiny kings and queens So proud
