The board stands upright in the garage. Top right, a cleaner rectangle. Four marks where the tape was. Dust around it. None inside. Graphite on the surface. Cutter lines. One cut on the horizontal ruler. That ruler was never quite level. I adjusted the screws. Marked zero. Moved the arm fifty centimetres. Marked again. Half a millimetre out. Sometimes high. Sometimes low. I stopped adjusting it. Turned the rulers ninety degrees. The vertical one became horizontal. That line came out straight. [Instrumental] A thin piece of card is fixed in the centre now. I used it to cut compilation covers. The lamp cable hangs across the board. The hinged trays stay horizontal. I opened one. An eraser. A metal cylinder, threaded at one end. The drawing wasn't there. I don't remember taking it down. I don't know where I put it.
