And it can’t bear the weight of a human voice that was deliberately broken. About me: I lived with a Dark Tetrad abuser for over 20 years. His abuse literally shattered my voice, resulting in nearly 70 vocal surgeries and the removal of part of my hyoid bone. That is why I created Survivor Music — my way to refuse to be muted. Most of my songs are rooted in my personal survival, from prey to captivation and the aftermath. Others are created purely for awareness, built on my lived reality, research, and training under world-leading experts. I still create custom AI voices and music for artistic advocacy. But with treatment ended and my speaking voice worsening, I am attempting something I never thought I would do: sing the songs I created with AI.
