Whiteout. Lockdown. This is how it goes down. Forecast said “a couple inches,” Now the sky is falling knives. Ice storms chewing through the wires, Power dies, so do our lives. Cars entombed in frozen rows, Roads erased, no way to go. Salt dissolves into regret, This ain’t winter, this is death. Plows are buried! Phones are dead! Every driveway’s a mass grave! SNOWMAGEDDON! White death swallowing the land! SNOWMAGEDDON! Ice got teeth and frozen hands! No escape, no second chance, Slip once and you join the dance! Milk aisle empty, bread is gone, Neighbors turn feral before dawn. Pipes explode like screaming veins, Basements flood, sanity drains. Snowbanks rise like fortress walls, Sirens fade, then nothing calls. Shovel breaks, fingers go numb, Winter wins… and laughs at us. Heat is gone! Hope is thin! You stop moving, You don’t win! SNOWMAGEDDON! Buried alive in your own street! SNOWMAGEDDON! Frozen hell beneath your feet! Every step a final lesson, ALL HAIL ICE… SNOWMAGEDDON! SHOVEL! DIG! SHOVEL ‘TIL YOU DROP! THE STORM DON’T CARE, IT DON’T STOP! “Stay inside.” Too late. Snowmen watch with hollow eyes, Drifts crawl up to second floors. Silence louder than the screams, Cold seeps in through every door. Frostbite claims another name, Toe by toe the body’s gone. This ain’t nature being kind… This is winter unchained. SNOWMAGEDDON! Ice age now, end of days! SNOWMAGEDDON! White extinction, cold decay! From flake to flood, from drift to grave… WE ALL GET BURIED IN THE SAME! When the thaw comes… Who’s left alive to see it?
