NEON LETTER

A sealed letter on the table Silver edges, violet glow Words from someone who remembered What she thought she had let go An old doorway would be opening Old lights waking once again Names she carried through the silence Waiting just beyond the rain Turn the page Read the sign Old connections Realign One invitation One open door One lost feeling Alive once more Neon letter, guide me home To the place I used to know Every memory in the ink Pulls me closer to the glow Neon letter, shining bright Lead me through the longest night Some doors close and disappear Some return when hope is near Coeli stayed through every silence Through the cold and through the doubt Sometimes one familiar heartbeat Is enough to lead you out Old friends New light One door Tonight
