The Moment of Intercession 1

[SPOKEN WORD] PRAYER FOR LOS ANGELES Heavenly Father, We come before You on behalf of Los Angeles, a city called by Your name, a city full of purpose, influence, and destiny. Your Word declares in 2nd Chronicles 7:14 that if Your people, who are called by Your name, would humble themselves, pray, seek Your face, and turn from wicked ways—then You would hear from heaven, forgive sin, and heal the land. So Lord, we humble ourselves now. We repent on behalf of this city— For pride, for violence, for injustice, for idolatry, for turning away from Your truth. Forgive us, O God. Cleanse the land. Father, we cry out for mercy over Los Angeles. According to Deuteronomy 28, You declared that obedience brings blessing, and disobedience brings hardship. Today, we ask for a divine turning—a realignment of hearts back to You. Let the blessings overtake this city again: Let there be peace in our streets Provision in our homes Righteousness in our leadership Healing in our communities Unity in our families Lord, break every cycle of violence, poverty, addiction, and hopelessness. Cancel every assignment of the enemy against this region. Raise up a people in Los Angeles who will walk in obedience— Who will seek Your face daily, Who will stand in righteousness, Who will rebuild the spiritual walls through prayer. Father, let Your glory rest and remain over this city. Let revival break out in neighborhoods, churches, homes, and hearts. Heal the land, O God. Restore what has been broken. Pour out Your Spirit upon all flesh in Los Angeles. And we declare: Los Angeles shall not be known for darkness—but for LIGHT. Not for division—but for UNITY. Not for corruption—but for RIGHTEOUSNESS. We call this city back to You. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
