Are You Listening

Can you hear me What I am saying when I speak I am sharing myself with you Do you see it as a gift Or as something that is a pressure What is happening in your mind Are you listening To me when I share my world The words inside my heart and mind Are you listening Or is something coming In between you and I Can you hear me Are you listening Understanding is the other language That love speaks For many words can be spoken Without change or care Understand the meaning and purpose Of what is being said Are you listening To me when I share my world The words inside my heart and mind Are you listening Or is something coming In between you and I Can you hear me Are you listening Fear is the mind killer Let it pass through you So you can hear and respond Because we have so little life To waste frozen in fear Apart from our true nature Are you listening To me when I share my world The words inside my heart and mind Are you listening Or is something coming In between you and I Can you hear me Are you listening
