[Verse 1] We used to be a pair of sneakers Side by side Now you're laced up with someone new Taking their stride I'm the third wheel on a bike that doesn't roll Left spinning in a circle Half a whole [Prechorus] You text less Laugh less I'm a ghost in the group You're tangled up in love And I'm out of the loop [Chorus] Out of the loop Out of your view Like a shadow on a sunny afternoon Out of the loop Out of the crew Am I still me if I'm not with you [Verse 2] They say love's a rocket It blasts you away But I'm stuck on the launchpad Alone every day We were the blueprint for midnight confessions Now you're drafting plans with someone else's suggestions [Bridge] Do you even see me waving from the shore As your ship sails off Chasing something more I get it I do But it still stings my pride Watching you drift While I stay tied [Chorus] Out of the loop Out of your view Like a bookmark lost in a story that's new Out of the loop Out of the blue Am I still me if I'm not with you
