Sitting in the dentist chair area Everybody got the same face That look like they already spent the money Before walking into this place Old man flipping a magazine upside down Pretending he ain't reading it Kid playing with the fish tank Surprisingly the calmest person in the building Me? Watching everybody Phone stays in the pocket Real life got better content Receptionist calls a name Three people look up Nobody wants to admit they forgot why they're nervous Then she walked in Light skin Big smile Walking like this wasn't a room full of people thinking about pain My brain said... guapa Relax bro This is a dentist office Not a movie scene Five minutes later I'm getting x-rays Trying not to look like I'm fighting for my life Mouth wide open Bright light in my face Looking at the ceiling tiles like they got answers Doctor comes in confident Says we got this Molar disagreed That tooth had a whole career planned Didn't wanna leave Had a mortgage probably One pull Nope Two people came in Now it's a team meeting Everybody looking at this tooth like it's a puzzle Respectfully... That tooth was stubborn Finally they got it loose Victory speech in my head Soundtrack started playing Walked out thinking I beat the boss fight I was free I was healed I was ready for the next chapter Then my mouth said... Hold on Couple days later Pain came back knocking Turns out the tooth left a surprise behind Infection Of course Why would the story end normal? Can't just remove a molar Nope Gotta add a bonus mission Still smiling though Because somehow even the worst days become stories And honestly... I got a pretty good story out of it.
