Forged from Starfire - Epic Metal Saga
[Intro, Celtic Female choir chanting] Ooo-ooo-ooo Hmm-hmm-hmm [Verse 1] In the womb of darkness, the void first sighed, A cosmic breath where the Fates once lied. From chaos and stillness, a spark gave birth, To stars, to flame, to the heavens and Earth. Time unspooled like a golden thread, Woven by hands that the ancients once dread. A tapestry of fire, of shadow, and song, A dance of creation, eternal and long. --- [Verse 2] The Milky Way curved, her arms a dream, Her whispers sung in a celestial stream. A goddess adorned in a crown of stars, Her children were planets, her lovers afar. On a speck of her robe, a pearl turned blue, A cradle where life took its trembling cue. The oceans rose, kissed by the moon, And sang to the sun of a world in bloom. --- [Verse 3] Oh, the myths our ancestors wove in the night, Around their fires, under heaven’s light. They saw gods in the stars, in the meteors’ fall, In the aurora’s glow, in the comets’ call. Battles of Titans, the clash of divine, But the truth, oh the truth, is a story more fine. A furnace of chaos gave us this stage, A tale more ancient than their scrolls or age. --- [Verse 4] Forged from starfire, our minds began, To dream and to shape with mortal hands. From flint and shadow to machines of thought, The cosmos within us, the wonders we’ve wrought. What gods could imagine a spark such as this, A mirror to galaxies, a moment of bliss? But in our hubris, the gods softly weep, For even stars perish, and darkness will creep. --- [Verse 5] Leaders, take heed, in your thrones of stone, The stars care not for empires you’ve known. Less than whispers in the cosmic sea, Even ants hold more humility. Do not let greed darken our flame, Do not let folly poison our name. For the gods of old, in their myths and lore, Knew power is fleeting, but wisdom endures. --- [Outro] Remember the cradle from which you were cast, A mote in eternity, too fragile to last. Yet through your choices, a legacy grows— A garden of futures, or a desert of woes? Dream well, oh children of fire and sky, For the stars still watch as the eons drift by. Do not betray this gift, this spark in the night, And let us ascend, not fall from the light. [Electric Guitar solo climax] [Fade to End] [Verse 5] Leaders, take heed, in your thrones of stone, The stars care not for empires you’ve known.
