Calm in Every Cell

🕊️ Eyes receive the world outside, But beauty and pain, they both reside. If what we see turns dark and cold, It strikes the heart and takes its hold. The ears, the skin, the scent we find, Can cloud the blood and stain the mind. When senses bring the poison near, The soul grows faint, the path unclear. But if the heart is clean and clear, No shape or sound can draw it near. The blood flows bright, the spirit light, And every breath feels soft and right. To guard the soul is all we need, And peace will bloom like sacred seed. From eye to mind, the signal moves, Through heart and blood, it stains or soothes. Each thought becomes the pulse we keep, It builds our joy or breaks our sleep. But if the mind learns not to cling, Then even pain can’t pierce or sting. Let vision pass without a chain, And none of it becomes our pain. But if the heart is clean and clear, No shape or sound can draw it near. The blood flows bright, the spirit light, And every breath feels soft and right. To guard the soul is all we need, And peace will bloom like sacred seed. Just keep the heart... Only the heart... And peace will stay… within…
