Fallen From Grace (2)

Intro From the sky in which I fell from To the unstable ground I landed on Have I really? Fallen From Grace? Verse 1 What does it take to speak Into strangers’ eyes? Am I just Someone stepping upon me like Rocks under my feet, no life, no Movement, just motion with Gravity Fallen From Grace No wings equals my punishment Fallen From Grace Loud voice turned into low-volume space Fallen From Grace Why does this life matter to me? Verse 2 I wrote my name where nobody looked Placed every thought inside the page A poet wearing borrowed skin An angel sentenced to this place I watched the world from underneath While everyone decided what I should be They never asked what brought me here They only measured what they could see Fallen From Grace Still carrying words they cannot erase Fallen From Grace A stranger looking back into my face Fallen From Grace Why does this life matter to me? Verse 3 You need to do this You need to do that I refuse to be part of a puppeteer’s String, I’m not here to give you a hand If you can’t listen to what I got to say I’m not the helping hand If you can’t see me I am the problem But I am the damn solver I have fallen from grace But I’m here to stay in this Place to show no mercy With some of my poet’s grace Ending So write this down before you judge The one who landed far below A poet acts as a fallen angel With nowhere else he needs to go I lost the place I once called home Yet every word still knows my name You can call me broken if you want But I remain— Falling From Grace. And still writing.
