WHEN YOU FEEL ALONE, LOOK TO THE MANGER_Dinx
[Intro - Spoken] When you feel alone, you don’t need a perfect sermon. Sometimes… you just need somewhere to look. God gave us the manger. [Verse 1] You’re scrolling past the Christmas sales, Trying to outrun what you feel. Smiles look staged, the cheer feels fake, You’re wondering if joy is real. But long before this modern rush, In a town that few would praise, God chose a quiet, humble place To speak His love in human ways. [Verse 2] No luxury, no royal bed, Just straw beneath His holy head. No fancy robe, no royal ring, Just scared young parents, trembling. If God chose there to make His start— In dust and doubt and fragile hearts— Then maybe He can start with you Right where you are, with all you’ve been through. [Chorus] When you feel alone, Look to the manger— Where Love became small To silence your danger. He came to hold you Through every fear— Look to the manger, Jesus is here. [Spoken - Mid] The manger is God’s way of saying, “I’m not afraid of your mess. I’m not allergic to your questions. I’m willing to be born right in the middle of them.” [Verse 3] So bring your doubt, bring your confusion, Bring the “why, God?” and disillusion. He’s not shocked by what you’re feeling, He’s the God who came for healing. He doesn’t wait for you to clean The corners of your soul unseen— He steps inside, with gentle grace, And fills the lonely, empty space. [Bridge] The manger points us to a cross, The cross points us to a tomb, The empty tomb points to a King Who walks beside you in your room. [Chorus – Reprise] When you feel alone, Look to the manger— Where Love became small To silence your danger. He came to hold you Through every fear— Look to the manger, Jesus is here. [Outro - Spoken] Every time you see a nativity scene this year, let it remind you: God is not far from your pain. He stepped right into it.
