Out in the cold where the frost bites deep We gather round where the firelight leaps The reindeer roam but tonight they stay On our plates as the stars display We eat reindeer under northern skies With laughter loud and twinkling eyes A feast of life where the wild runs free Reindeer stew and good company The snow it whispers tales of old Of hunters brave and the nights so cold But now we share this humble delight With stories told by the fire tonight We eat reindeer under northern skies With laughter loud and twinkling eyes A feast of life where the wild runs free Reindeer stew and good company It’s not just food it’s the land we share The bond of earth and the frozen air The taste of home in every bite A tradition kept through the endless night We eat reindeer under northern skies With laughter loud and twinkling eyes A feast of life where the wild runs free Reindeer stew and good company
